History

Joe and Tom Murphy started Murphy Bus Lines the company in Clinton, Ontario in 1946. The brothers built their first school bus and transported students to Clinton District High School.

The Tradition Continues

Today Murphy Bus Lines is family owned and operated, the company operates over 250 vehicles and employs 300 people which includes part time drivers and full time staff. Our main operating headquarters is in Arva with bus depots in Clinton, Lucan, Seaforth, St. Marys and Hyde Park. Murphy Bus Lines is under contract to provide bus service for the Thames Valley District School Board (formerly London Board of Education, Middlesex Public School Board), Avon Maitland District School Board (formerly Huron County Board of Education, Perth County Board of Education), Huron-Perth Catholic District School Board and London District Catholic School Board (formerly London-Middlesex Catholic School Board).

Murphy Bus Lines is dedicated to transporting your children to and from school in the safest way possible. With "BUSTER" (Click Here) We provide a training program in the elementary panel, which teaches children school bus safety. Go Safely...Go By Bus

Murphy Bus Lines has all your charter needs with "Activity Buses, School Buses, Vans and Wheel Chair" equipped vehicles we can transport you to: a social event, ball game, concert, airport or to your favorite destination. We only charter groups.
